Two batches of macarons later and my dream to create the perfect macaron is still a dream away. Perhaps it was one too many shakes, or perhaps I didn’t leave the egg whites long enough? Or I cooked the macarons for one minute too long?? At this point..I’m not quite sure. But like most things in life, practice makes perfect and I’m not one to give up on a good thing..certainly not a cookie!!
