My last stop macaron stop in Sydney was at one of the Lindt Cafe locations where macarons are called ”delices” instead of macarons. Lucky for Lindt, macaron or delice, these cookies were divine:
From left to right: passion fruit with chocolate filling, excellence 70% chocolate, and salted caramel. All delicious, all delices…guess the name fits.
If ever in Sydney, please make sure to visit a Lindt Cafe and try one of these delices. My favorite is the salted caramel.
